Happy New Year and welcome in the year of lights!
This New Year's Eve celebration with Rev. Dr. Christ Oyakhilome exceeded expectations: Besides the highlight of the evening, which is the announcement of the Word of the year and Pastor's New Year's sermon, there were many marvellous musical ministrations and inspirational speeches and certainly the prestigious FALA, the Future African Leaders Award ceremony, where the winner of the year was announced by none other than the former Nigerian president, Olusegun Obasanjo.
With millions joining the service from around the globe through live stream and even simultaneous interpretation into several languages, Pastor Chris by the Spirit then revealed God's Word for the year 2019: It is going to be the year of lights. We shall shine as bright as never before and bring illumination, leadership, empowerment, signs and season. The Man of God declared that "We're entering into a new phase of the Church's ministry in the earth like it has never been known before — a dimension of the glory of God in the earth beyond what the Church had known." New angels have been released for a manifestation of the supernatural like it hasn't been seen in the earth...

Die diesjährige Neujahrsfeier mit Rev. Dr. Chris Oyakhilome übertraf alle Erwartungen: Nebst dem Highlight des Abends, dem Wort Gottes für das Jahr 2019 und Pastor Chris' Neujahrspredigt, gab es fanstastische Musikministrationen und Performances und inspirierende Ansprachen. Natürlich fand ebenfalls die jährliche Preisverleihung der Future Africa Leaders Foundation (der „Future Africa Leaders Award", FALA) statt: Der Gewinner des prestigeträchtigen Preises wurde vom ehemaligen Präsidenten Nigerias, Olusegun Obasanjo, angekündigt.
Während Millionen rund um den Globus den Live-Stream – sogar mit Simultan-Verdolmetschung in mehrere Sprachen – gespannt per Bildschirm verfolgten, annoncierte Pastor Chris durch den Geist das Wort des Jahres 2019: Es ist das „Jahr der Lichter." Wir werden so hell scheinen wie nie zuvor und den Menschen Erleuchtung, Leiterschaft, Befähigung, Zeichen und Zeiten bringen. Rev. Dr. Chris Oyakhilome deklarierte, dass „wir als Kirche auf Erden eine neue Ministry-Phase betreten, wie sie die Welt noch nicht kennt – wir betreten eine Dimension von Gottes Herrlichkeit, wie sie bis jetzt der Kirche auf Erden noch unbekannt war..." Neue Engel wurden freigesetzt für eine Manifestation des Übernatürlichen, wie bis anhin nie zuvor gesehen und erlebt...
