Baptism at YOU Church
Yesterday we had the honour to celebrate a very special baptism at the YOU Church Celebration Hall. In the strong presence of the Holy Spirit, many young people demonstrated their new status in Christ before heaven and earth. A holy and joyous moment indeed. Among the baptized was also an entire family that had just recently received new life.
They then received the Word of God in a special message from Pastor J who humorously taught them what the Word of God says about the baptism and that their new home address in Christ is now Ephesians 2:6 („And has raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus..."). That had to be celebrated! We sincerely thank our heavenly Father for all the wonderful hearts and lives that have been transformed forever. A big thank you to Pastor J and the team for this truly heavenly Baptism Pool Party!
Gestern durften wir in der YOU Church Celebration Hall eine Taufe der besonderen Art feiern. In der starken Präsenz des Heiligen Geistes demonstrierten zahlreiche junge Leute vor Himmel und Erde ihren neuen Status in Christus. In der Tat ein heiliger, aber auch freudiger Moment. Unter den Täuflingen war auch eine ganze Familie, die sich taufen liess, nachdem alle vor Kurzem neues Leben empfangen hatten.
Im Anschluss empfingen die Täuflinge das Wort Gottes in einer besonderen Message von Pastor J. Auf humorvolle Weise lehrte er sie, was das Wort Gottes zur Taufe sagt und über ihre neue Wohnadresse in Christus, die jetzt Epheser 2.6 heisst („und hat uns mitauferweckt und mitversetzt in die himmlischen [Regionen] in Christus Jesus..."). Das musste gefeiert werden! Von Herzen danken wir unserem Vater im Himmel für all die wundervollen Herzen und die Leben, die für immer transformiert wurden. Ein grosses Dankeschön auch an Pastor J und das Team für diese wahrhaft himmlische Baptism Pool Party!
